Para realizar un diasgnóstico completo del proceso de comunicación, las organizaciones miembras de la Red Regional de Agua y Saneamiento de Centroamérica (RRAS-CA) participaron en un curso-taller en San Salvador, El Salvador.
El taller fue impartido por el equipo de Consultorias en Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación (CONSULTICS), con una duración de tres dias.
Durante la capacitación se identificó el acceso y uso que dan a la tecnología y manejo de información dentro de cada red nacional así como RRAS-CA. También se definieron líneas de acción que eficientarán el proceso de comunicación de la red.
Representantes Nacionales
Participaron en la actividad 24 personas, representantes de las diferentes redes nacionales que son:
- Red de Agua y Saneamiento de El Salvador
- Red de Agua y Saneamiento de Honduras
- Red de Agua y Saneamiento de Guatemala
- Red de Agua y Saneamiento de Nicaragüa
CONCLUSIONES
Luego del taller la RRAS-CA comenzó la implementación del Plan Integral de Comunicación diseñado por CONSULTICS, y inauguró el nuevo sitio web http://www.rrasca.org
